ServGround is a trade name of Beansoft Technology Services LLC, the developer of the ServGround Office and ServGround Field apps. This page explains how to delete your ServGround account and the data tied to it.
Delete your account
Email info@servground.com from the email address on your ServGround account and ask for your account to be deleted. This works the same whether you use the servground.com website, the ServGround Office app, or the ServGround Field app. We confirm the request by email and respond within 30 days, as described in Section 8.8 of our Privacy Policy.
Delete a whole workspace (owners)
A workspace owner can delete the business's workspace at servground.com under Settings, then Workspace, then Delete Workspace in the Danger Zone. The workspace and its data are kept for a 30-day recovery period, during which the owner can restore it. After that, the data may be permanently deleted.
Field technicians and clients
If you use ServGround Field, your access comes from the business you work for, which can remove you at any time. If you are a client of a business that uses ServGround, that business holds your records, so ask them first. Either way, you can also email info@servground.com to delete your own account.
What is deleted
Your account information: your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, sign-in details, and preferences, along with the device tokens used to send you notifications. When a workspace is deleted, its clients, proposals, contracts, invoices, projects, reports, service requests, documents, and team members may be permanently deleted after the recovery period.
What we keep, and for how long
Transaction records, payment history, invoices, expenses, and payout data may be kept for up to 7 years after a workspace is deleted, to meet tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations. We may also keep certain records where the law requires it or to prevent fraud. Work you did inside another business's workspace stays in that business's records.
